The small but always sunny rear terrace, it overlooks a common (closed) place where only residents can come.
In voor- en najaar en zelfs in de winter is dit een heerlijk terrasje om uit de wind in de zon te zitten!

Yoga kun je in het huis doen, maar op de rotsen in El Palo raad Nicole je ook aan, met zonsopgang.

Het strand is op loopafstand, en mooie baaitjes, met ondiep water voor kinderen.
Gezellige Spaanse drukte op de boulevard. Hier geen friet van piet ;-)
Op het strand zijn genoeg speeltoestellen te vinden voor kinderen. Op 2 minuten loopafstand.
