Cozy holiday home with private pool and beautiful views over the valley and the mountains of the El Torcal nature park. Quiet location.

The house has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with sink, spacious shower and toilet. There is a living room with lounge which can be converted into a sofa bed, fireplace, TV, adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with a barbecue, fully fenced private pool and comfortable sun loungers. Wi-Fi is available. Air conditioning throughout the house.

The village of Villanueva de la conception is 5 min. Here you will find all amenities such as restaurants, several bars where you can eat delicious tapas, food store, pharmacy.... A weekly market takes place on the pleasant village square. The area has more than enough to offer for everyone. Hiking in the nearby nature parks. You can make day trips to cultural cities such as Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Ronda. The beaches of the Costa del sol are also within easy reach. For sports enthusiasts there is a golf course or you can go cycling or mountain climbing.

The house is easily accessible via tarmac roads. The access to the house (250 meters) is a well-maintained gravel road with a slope at the end leading to the car park next to the house. The site can be closed with a gate.
