Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Get away chill "La casita" by view14.
La casita is completely private including the swimming pool, there is a beautiful view of the sea and also the mountains. The location is completely south.
The house, outdoor space and garden has everything for a perfect holiday.

The extra is bed linen and towels and cleaning. Pool heating can be requested.

Cancellation policy
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
