The villa, situated on the ground floor, follows the typical typology of ancient farmhouses in the area, known as 'cortijos'. It features a single-floor layout, ensuring convenient accessibility without any stairs.

Entry to the house is into the open-plan double-height ceiling living/dining room with fireplace, That TV has been replaced recently by a 42 Flat Screen (with T.V. SAT) and DVD player with USB reader. There is also available a radio with CD player and USB reader.
Inside, all is spacious, comfy and cool. It's an attractive home which offers charm as well as excellent facilities
There is a large fireplace/wood burning stove (with heat circulation system) and also an A/C unit, making this an ideal choice at any time of the year.

The house is built in the traditional Andalusian style with high ceilings and amazing wooden beams giving a grand feeling of space.
The ceiling is over 6 meters high at the upper part of the living room.
The kitchen is separated by an American style breakfast bar with 3 high stools.
The kitchen is well equipped for the keen cook, with ceramic hob (4 rings), electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery....

Bedroom 2 is the smallest bedroom, but with almost 20m2 still spacious. The beds can easily be converted into a double bed if desired. Of course also here 2 built-in wardrobes.

We prefer this route from the highway. Via Velez-Malaga can also be useful, then you can stop at the lidl. The picture shows that you can get to the house in different ways.

The high table (drink bar) is easy to move, but looks great next to the pool under the two palms.
There are 6 sunbeds by the pool to enjoy the sun.
But the hammock is also great for relaxation.

Bedroom 3 is a spacious bedroom. Also applies here; you can easily make 2x a single bed of the 2-person bed
There is also a central bathroom; toilet, bidet, bath and washbasin. The bathroom is located between bedroom 2 and 3

Atmospheric lit
We prefer this route from the highway. Via Velez-Malaga can also be useful, then you can stop at the lidl. The picture shows that you can get to the house in different ways.

There are 6 sunbeds by the pool to enjoy the sun.
But the hammock is also great for relaxation.
