Come and enjoy Villa Espejo with a large (heated) private swimming pool with salt water, complete privacy, beautiful views of the hills and a view of the Mediterranean Sea.
From the swimming pool (with heated outdoor shower) and various terraces you have a completely unobstructed view of the green hills of this beautiful area with a drink in your hand.

Would you rather lie on the beach? Within 15 minutes you are on the boulevard of Torrox-Costa with plenty of sunbeds and cozy terraces. You can get a fresh sandwich 10 minutes away in the historic village of Torrox.

The location of our house is absolutely quiet and via a small private road you can quickly reach the main route between Torrox and the idyllic Cómpeta. If you come by plane, you can reach our house from the airport (Malaga Airport) in just 45 minutes by car (see below for a rental car discount). Upon arrival, the beds are made and a welcome pack is ready.

You also have access to a roof terrace with a comfortable four-poster bed and several higher terraces with olive trees and picnic table or seating, each with its own view.
These terraces are less accessible for disabled people. The house, swimming pool and adjacent terrace are all on one level and have a tiled floor.
At the pool you can relax on the sunbeds in the shade of the parasols or under the canopy with lounge set.
The swimming pool (7.5x4) can be heated if necessary and is cleaned with a salt system (softer, better for the skin and possibly swimwear).

All windows have shutters and mosquito screens. There is a fan in every room and both master bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The house is 105m2 and the plot area is 1057m2. The house has free WiFi, a TV with ChromeCast, DVD player, X-box and various board games. If you come with an electric or plug-in hybrid car, you can charge it next to the house (230V, no fast charger).

Explanation of prices

Our booking and rental conditions apply. In high season the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Arrival after 3:00 PM (possibly earlier in consultation with the manager), departure no later than 10:00 AM.
Smoking and pets not allowed.
Due to the open balustrade, less suitable for small children.
Due to Andalusian legislation, we must have the personal details of all guests and also the ID or passport details of those 16 years and older.
The entrance gate must always be locked.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period from the date of deposit until 10 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 6 weeks 50%; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 70% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 90%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
