Our villa 'Casa siempre verde' is located in a very quiet area near Alcaucin. The detached house has private parking and offers a lot of privacy.
From the beautifully landscaped garden with a petanque square and square with ping pong table, equipped with a shaded roof, our spacious living room (with shutters, window screens, air conditioning) and a very well equipped kitchen enter through a hall. The upper terrace is directly accessible from the living room / kitchen. On this terrace you can dine at the bar table or relax in the covered lounge area (equipped with lounge set, bar table, outdoor kitchen, bar. )
On the ground floor you will find the 3 bedrooms, which gives the right cooling during the hot summer months. The bedrooms are directly accessible to the poolside terrace. Each room has air conditioning and shutters. Each room also has its own bathroom and toilet. Bath towels and covered beds are also provided for rental.
The lower terrace: The (heated 4m. x 8m) swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with beautiful garden and special plants and a breathtaking view of the mountains. There are 6 attractive sunbeds as well as a shaded canopy with garden set. A welcome and special addition is the lower garden. Wonderful to admire all kinds of plants during a relaxing walk through the atmospheric paths. Both from the upper terrace and the lower terrace by the pool you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains.
