IJsselgoud is a quietly located, wonderfully modern holiday home with a beautiful unobstructed view. Deer regularly walk along the edge of the forest and the stork is a frequent guest. There is also a white-tailed eagle's nest a few hundred meters from our holiday home. The cottage is fully equipped. For example, there is air conditioning, smart TV, Sonsos sound system and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher.

All beds have new top mattresses. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed. IJsselgoud is a suitable location for families, couples and, for example, girlfriends / friends for a friends weekend. Zwolle has a number of attractive attractions, including the pepper bus, the Fundatie museum and a nice city center for shopping.

Private swimming pool and recreation room can be booked during your stay. Costs are € 75 per night.

We, Jenny and Erwin Giesbers have been living in a special place in Zwolle for quite some time. We have been renting out our holiday home since January 2023.

IJsselgoud, is located on the edge of the Hanseatic city of Zwolle. In the middle of the countryside, near the river IJssel and close to the city, you can fully enjoy the peace and beautiful surroundings with us. We hope to see you with us soon!

Explanation of prices

We use the following cancellation conditions:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
• In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the booking amount.
•If canceled from the 30th to the 10th day before the start of the
stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the booking amount.
• In case of cancellation from day 10 before the start of the stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the booking amount.
