Our bungalow "Bosvogel" is located in a quiet and wooded area, on a beautiful, spacious plot. In addition, the fully fenced plot has a practical wooden shed with an adjoining carport.

On the ground floor are a living room with tiled floor with underfloor heating, patio doors and an open staircase to the 1st floor, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a kitchen and a utility room. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combi oven/microwave. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a dormer window. Both bedrooms are equipped with a sink. There is also a second toilet.

Our bungalow is located in the wooded area "De Borkeld", where you are surrounded by beautiful nature. For lovers of walking and cycling, the nature reserves "De Borkeld" with raised bogs and heathland and the national park "De Sallandse Heuvelrug" are within easy reach. The village of Holten with all its amenities is only a few kilometers away. The open-air swimming pool "Twenhaarsveld" is also 2.5 kilometres away.

Personally, I was born and raised in Twente and have enjoyed the beautiful Sallandse Heuvelrug and the surroundings of Holten a lot. That is why we purchased our home de Bosvogel in Holten in 2024 and are also making it available for rental. Hopefully you also enjoy this beautiful region as much as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices include tourist tax, energy costs, bath linen, bed linen and cleaning.

You pay 30% of the agreed amount at the time of booking and the remainder no later than 7 weeks before the start date. If you book within 7 weeks of the start date, the payment must be made in one go.

In case of cancellation, you will pay a fee. This amounts to 15% of the agreed price in the event of cancellation more than 90 days before the commencement date, 30% in the case of 90 to 42 days, 60% in the case of 42 to 28 days, 90% within 28 days. In case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date, this will be 100% of the agreed price.
