This beautiful holiday home is located at the foot of the 60 m high Lemerberg in the pleasant town of Lemele. This house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 guests and is ideal for family / family vacations.

The Sallandse Heuvelrug is located between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle on one side and Twente on the other. The area, which originated in the Ice Age, consists of no less than 26 hills, the river Regge and the largest continuous dry heathland in northwestern Europe. You can enjoy walking, cycling and enjoying nature here.
There is also a lot to see and experience for children during your holiday in Lemele. Visit an amusement park or playground with the family. Take a day out to the characteristic water village of Giethoorn, also known as the 'Dutch Venice'. Or visit the old Hanseatic town of Ommen on the banks of the Overijsselse Vecht with excellent cycling, walking and fishing opportunities. Spend a day in the center of Ommen where there are many shops, cafes, cozy bars and discos. A nice day out is no problem here.

With a cozy living room, large kitchen, bathroom and an upper floor, you can enjoy your vacation like no other in this house. The cottage is located in a wooded area, with several holiday homes in the area. There is a terrace at the house, where you can sit outside.

The two bedrooms have 1 double bed and two double beds.

From your holiday home in Lemele you can make many cycling, mountain biking, hiking and horse riding tours through the nature of the Lemelerberg. There are also nature reserves such as the puntelerveld, the righterense veld, the fighting valley south of the town of Dalfsen and of course the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Here you will find wide landscapes and densely wooded areas, but also heather and sand drifts. Due to the considerable height differences, you can enjoy the overwhelming views that make your holiday complete.

Hello, I will introduce myself as a spontaneous and nice girl. Carlien Tibben is the name, I grew up in beautiful Overijssel near the Lemelerberg. As a child we often went here for walking and cycling. We still do that today, it is a beautiful area with lots to do for both young and old. I can really enjoy this. I hope you can enjoy this too.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
