The beautifully furnished and bright living room is a good place to be. You can relax on the well-fitting furniture and you have the fireplace and flatbed TV nearby and of course your cozy company!
In the open kitchen you will find all the luxury of home: induction hobs, microwave, combi oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, extractor hood and an extra boiler under the sink for quick hot water.
At the private jetty is the luxurious 8-pers 6.30 meter long Antaris Spiegelsloep', which can be rented by very experienced sloop drivers.
The spacious open, newly renovated kitchen is a good place to be. In this true cooking paradise, all equipment and kitchen tools are available to quickly prepare a tasty meal or to cook. Your travel companions will help out or sit down on one of the three bar stools.
In addition to the well-fitting leather sofas, there is also a comfortable armchair and the necessary dining room chairs to sit down.

Here you can see the 6.30 meter long sloop with bathing platform and bathing ladder from the rear. The cozy seating area is clearly visible here.
The large South terrace borders the water and also has a swim ladder. Due to the vegetation on all sides of this terrace, you have a lot of privacy. The sun shines here all day and evening, so this is also a suitable place for a BBQ (BBQ available).
The garden blooms profusely and profusely in the spring and summer season. In every season, this garden captivates with interesting vegetation.
On the quiet street side, the house is nicely fenced. Handy for small children (put on a life jacket, because the waterfront is freely accessible) or for your dog. A small boat or surfboard can pass through this gate and be transported to our jetty to be launched.

Beautiful walking forest near Rijs, where it is wonderful to stay with beautiful sculpted tree trunks with current themes. Also good restaurants in the area such as hotel Jans, where you can enjoy homemade apple pie or a delicious, culinary lunch or dinner.

In the woods signs that point the way to beautiful historical places, including a stone casket!
And then suddenly ended up at such a magical Lake in the forest!
The nice black and white Dutch cows you will find of course entirely in Friesland ...

The children can play safely on the beach and swim in the Slotermeer (within walking distance of bungalow park Markant).

In the beach pavilion 'Badmeester Keimpe' there is a good restaurant, a shower, toilets and a snack bar. There is also a beautiful playground, where small children can play undisturbed, while the parents enjoy the 'Most beautiful terrace in Friesland' with a view over the Slotermeer.

Striking bungalows situated on the Slotermeer on bungalowpark Markant and from here you can arrive by boat, bicycle, walking or by car in the town of Balk. For visitors there is also a private harbor, where the boat can be moored on the visit.
Lovely with the sloop over the Luts through the woods and then end up in a beautiful nature reserve...
From the park you can easily reach the authentic Balk and in this central municipality you can enjoy shopping, walking, eating, drinking, you name it!
Along the way you will encounter the most beautiful boats and photo opportunities...
You can fully enjoy the nature around bungalow Markant.
One quarter of the park, you can sail all over the beautiful Luts and the woods of Gaasterland.
The feature film De Kameleon was once shot in IJlst and almost everything here is still authentic, complete with the bleaching fields for the laundry on the waterfront.
The rowers enjoy the beautiful mill, near IJlst.

The Langweerder Wielen is a beautiful lake with excellent connections to other lakes.
It is wonderful walking in the forest which. There is even an inhabited badgers hole nearby.
At 1.5 km you will find one of the finest golf courses in the Netherlands. Beautifully situated on the transition from forest to pasture.
The characteristic of the old limetree-lined main street (Buorren) of Langweer, with several shops, terraces and restaurants.
Through the Houtvaart is excellent boating or canoeing to the lake.
