Our attractive holiday home, located in the beautiful Gaasterlandse Bos, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Friesland. Here you can enjoy peace, space and the unique combination of forest, meadow and nearby lakes.

Our property is the ideal base for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. Step out the door and you'll find yourself right between ancient trees, winding paths and scenic vistas. Within a short distance you will find the IJsselmeer, cozy Frisian villages and various recreational opportunities.

The holiday home is comfortable and fully furnished, with a warm, homely atmosphere. Has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and downstairs a spacious room with kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate toilet. Whether you come for a relaxing weekend, an active holiday or quality time with family or friends, you can really relax here. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace, listen to the birds and experience the silence of the forest.

In 2004 we bought our first home in Oudemirdum. We thought it was very nice to give people a nice holiday that we decided to build 2 more houses in Tzummarum. Especially the peace, space, the beautiful surroundings and the unobstructed view from our homes in Friesland really attracted us. All houses are located in a quiet park and are a good base for day trips in the area. We invite you to come and enjoy one of our homes and the beautiful surroundings !!
