If you come to Friesland, you want to be close to the water. At this lovely house you can enjoy a holiday home right on the water together. With over 10 meters of private jetty at home. So feel free to bring your own boat or sloop or rent one from us.

Upon arrival, you can park your car directly or in your own yard. There is also extra space to park a trailer. There is also a slipway for a small boat. For the children there is even a rowing boat that you can use. The garden is wonderfully green and has 2 terraces on the water. One of the terraces has been lowered so that you can sit out of the wind and it quickly becomes pleasant.

The spacious living room has a beautiful view of the outside and the water. TV and WiFi are not missing. Cozy dining table and a semi-open kitchen that is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet.

Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed.

The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink and toilet. Washing machine and dryer to do laundry in between.

This holiday home is ideal if you want to enjoy the Frisian lakes in the summer. A real paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Come sail on a sloop or venture out on a stand up paddle. Also available for rent from us.
What makes Friesland so special is that it is still so normal. When you walk on the street, you are simply greeted by a passer-by. If you are waiting at the bridge, someone will probably chat with you.

Lemmer has a very pleasant center where many boats are moored all season long. From your terrace you can watch boats all day long and dream about which boat you will buy later. There are plenty of nice shops. Don't be surprised if the ladies suddenly leave for a while.

How Dutch it is, a day of cycling with your family or friends is really great. There is always something to see and time for a good conversation along the way. On the way to Sloten and have coffee on the terrace of the Mallemok. Our rental bicycles or e-bikes are ready for you upon arrival.
