Three kilometers on the other side is St. Nicolaasga. Here you will find a large supermarket and cycle hire. The immediate vicinity offers a variety of restaurants within walking or biking distance. Nearby (1,5 km) you will find a beautiful 18 hole golf course.
Also a good base for the Thialf Ice Stadium (approx 15 km), Lyts Sypenstien is ideal for both the active skater and/or fan.
