If you come to Friesland, you want to be close to the water, right?. At this lovely holiday home you can enjoy a holiday home together right on the water. With more than 10 meters of private jetty at home. So feel free to bring your own boat or sloop or rent a sloop from us. After breakfast you can sail straight onto the Frisian lakes.

Upon arrival, you park the car directly in front of your house. There can be 1 car.  Possibly. Additional cars can be parked in the parking lot free of charge. The garden is beautifully landscaped and has 2 terraces on the water. A terrace with a dining table and a canopy. On the waterfront an extra terrace with a lounge set. Plot is completely enclosed so ideal for the dog, it cannot run away.

The spacious living room has a beautiful view of the outside and the water. TV and wifi are not missing. Cozy dining table and an open kitchen that is equipped with all conveniences. On the ground floor a guest toilet.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed. There is another bedroom with a 160 wide double bed. The smallest room has a bunk bed. So ideal for a family with 2, 3 or 4 children.

The beautiful bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is space in the storage room to store bicycles.

This holiday home is ideal if you want to enjoy the Frisian lakes in the summer. A real paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Come and enjoy sailing with a sloop or venture on a stand up paddle. Also available for rent with us. 
What makes Friesland so special is that it is still so ordinary. If you walk on the street, you are simply greeted by a passer-by. If you are waiting at the bridge, someone will probably have a chat with you.

Lemmer has a very pleasant center where many boats are moored throughout the season. From your terrace you can watch boats all day and dream of which boat you will buy later. There are no shortage of nice shops. Don't be surprised if the ladies are suddenly gone for a while.

How Dutch it is, a day of cycling with your family or friends is really great. There is always something to see and time for a good conversation along the way. On the way to Sloten and there coffee on the terrace of the Mallemok. Upon arrival, our rental bikes or e-bikes will be waiting for you.
