Enjoy a holiday home directly on open waters with its own mooring at home. So feel free to bring your own boat or rent a sloop. From your own holiday home you can sail straight to the Frisian lakes and you can make many different day trips.

The house is suitable for 5 people. You can park directly in front of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room, dining area and an open kitchen. Completely furnished according to the latest trends. Through sliding doors you reach your own terrace on the water. There is a dining table, a lovely lounge set where you can enjoy the evening sun and 2 sun beds. The garden is completely fenced off, so your dog cannot run away and the smaller children cannot get to the water. Extra relaxation for the parents.

On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and a storage room with washing machine.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. The larger master bedroom has a double box spring and an extra single bed. Ideal for smaller children who like to sleep with their parents. The wardrobe is placed crosswise in the room for extra privacy.

Ideal holiday home for families or friends who want to cycle or sail in Friesland. Lemmer has a pleasant center with nice terraces and shops. Don't forget to visit some of the nice Frisian 11 cities. By bike to Sloten and by boat to Woudsend.

4) Cancellations.
4.1 We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
4.2 In case of cancellation, the costs are as follows;
in case of cancellation up to 42 days before arrival 30% of the rent.
in case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before arrival 60% of the rent
in case of cancellation from the 28th day to the day of arrival 90% of the rent
in case of cancellation from the day of arrival 100% of the rent
4.3 Name changes, all other things being equal, are free of charge.
