Welcome to our stylishly renovated 2026 thatched family home (6p) on Landgoed Wildryck, in the Drents-Friese would! Enjoy a luxury kitchen, herringbone floor and attractive wood-burning fireplace. 

Discover nearby atmospheric Diever, Dwingeloo, the idyllic Blue Lake and many MTB (22 & 40km), walking and cycling routes. 

At the park you will find an (indoor) swimming pool, kids club, restaurant and bread service. The perfect base for rest, sports and nature.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
