Our modern spacious bright villa is located on the water of the Nijstad recreation area.
The villa was built in 2019/2020 and is equipped with solar panels and a heat pump and is therefore energy neutral.
It has a spacious living room with open kitchen that is fully equipped and a view over the garden with decking and 19 ha of water.
On the ground floor there is a 2 person bedroom with bathroom / shower. The toilet is next to the bedroom in the hall.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with toilet. The washing machine and dryer are also located on the upper floor.
