Luxury 6-person holiday home located directly in the Drents Friese Wold National Park

This beautiful, detached holiday home is suitable for six people and is located on a spacious plot of 700 m2 in Hoogersmilde. The holiday home is located directly in the Drents Friese Wold National Park, the second largest contiguous and varied nature reserve in the Netherlands. With three other national parks, namely Dwingelerveld, the Drentsche Aa and the Weerribben-Wieden, within a radius of 30 kilometers, this location is a true paradise for cycling and walking enthusiasts. Furthermore, the charming village of Hoogersmilde offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun with plenty of dining options. An absolute must is a visit to the Blue Lake, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip. Fishing enthusiasts do not have to look for a fishing pond because it is located at the rear of the holiday home. There is also a well-known Experience Path for children no less than 50 meters away. Here they can pump water, clamber and enjoy a beautiful piece of forest area.

Layout

The sustainable holiday home has underfloor heating and water softener. The living room is attractively furnished with a seating area, flat-screen television with more than 80 channels and a Blu-ray player. The open kitchen has a comfortable dining area with six chairs and is fully equipped, including a combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, kitchen inventory, toaster, Senseo machine, filter coffee maker and induction hob. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room with a washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has two extra long box spring beds (210 x 90 cm) linked and a large industrial wardrobe with mirror. The second and third bedrooms have two single box-spring beds (200 x 80 cm), a wardrobe and a door to the balcony. It is possible to connect all beds together or separately. The luxurious bathroom has a large bath, rain shower, toilet and double sink. Outside is an enclosed garden with a fish pond at the rear, which is accessible via a locked gate. There is a shed with charging points for electric bicycles. It is possible to park two cars at the holiday home.read less
