gîte / cottage, Milhac, Dordogne, France - Maison Marsol
As far as you can see there is peace, space and nature. A short walk through our fields and forests will take you to the river La Dronne, at the bottom of the valley.
The central part of the house has a spacious kitchen. A comfortable sitting area by the wood stove and a nice kitchen to prepare all the delicacies of the French market for a cozy aperitif or dinner.
Eating can be done inside, but is of course much more fun outside. In the sun or rather in the shade of the centuries-old lime tree? There is a BBQ and a fire pit for the evening.
The master bedroom has its own access to the bathroom.
The holiday home is the perfect combination of rustic & comfort
The bathroom has a hanging toilet, large sink, washing machine and a spacious shower with double shower head.
The left part of the house offers space for two bedrooms. One of them has two bunk beds, so there is room for everyone!
The third bedroom has two separate beds, which can also be combined into a twin bed.
Peace and space around the house. In summer, the swimming pool meets the need to cool off. Do you want more space to swim? This can be done in one of the nearby swimming lakes in Nantheuil, Saint Saud or Saint Eustephe. There is also a lake on our own estate.
In short: the perfect house to enjoy a relaxing holiday alone, with family or friends in the middle of La Douce France.

The living room consists of a sitting and dining area. The dining table is extendable and there are 6 dining room chairs in total.

The kitchen was newly installed in the house in June 2022, on the other side of the sink you will find a kitchen area with oven / refrigerator

The 3rd bedroom. This is located on the first floor. The beds are slightly smaller, 190 long and the room is more oriented towards children. But if you are an adult and not too tall, you can also sleep well here. New luxury mattresses.
