This gîte, made in a tobacco barn from 1885, has been available for rent since the spring of 2017, with a surface area of approximately 140 m² and suitable for 2 to max. 7 people.

Upon entering on the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, a wood stove and a flat-screen TV.
The original, high, oak beamed ceiling gives a spacious effect and the old stone "en pierre" walls provide the authentic, homely (French) feeling.
A modern open kitchen is fully equipped.

On the first floor there are two very spacious bedrooms of approximately 25 m² each.
One room has two single beds of 90 x 200, where a bed can be added if desired. The other room has a double bed of 160 x 200.
The beautifully restored old stone "en pierre" walls and the old beam layer take you back in time.
Both bedrooms have a modern luxury bathroom "en suite" with rain shower, sink and (separate) toilet. We use good quality beds and mattresses. On request, the beds are made and the towels are ready for you.
For our little guests there is a baby cot, bath, high chair and a large basket with toys.
Our gîtes do not have air conditioning, but all exterior windows are equipped with a heat-resistant foil. This foil helps to lower the indoor temperature by 8 to 12 degrees. This way you can enjoy a pleasantly cool living environment during the day and at night, without putting an extra burden on the environment.
You have 2 terraces. On the rear terrace, 35 m², you will find teak dining table with chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or relax in the shade in the warm afternoon. The spacious terrace offers you a beautiful view over the pool and the landscaped garden with different types of fruit trees.
At the front of the gîte you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening.
Rouge-queue noir can be booked all year round.
Because we can close off the upper floor, this gîte is very suitable for 2 people in the early and late season.
But also very suitable for spending a pleasant time with friends.
Especially in the spring, autumn and winter period, this area is a pleasant region for cycling, walking or simply to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature.
The entire house has central heating, underfloor heating on the ground floor and a beautiful wood stove especially for the atmospheric evenings.
