villa in Bouches-du-Rhône, France – very spacious villa Lou Paradou
Vanaf het toegangsweggetje (een chemin privé) uitkijkend over de villa, met de zee op de achtergrond.
The terrain is a total of 7,800 m². The villa stands high on a south-facing slope with terraces with natural vegetation. Because of that height fantastic sea view, over 180 degrees. Swimming pool is right next to the house, in the photo on the left front. Covered terrace between house and playroom.

Under the house the oleanders are blooming profusely.
Het zwembad heeft aan beide zijden een groot terras met ligbedden en parasol. Met een klein pierebadje (10 cm diep) voor de kleinsten.

The pool is right next to the vines that produce the famous Bandol wine from Chateau Pibarnon.

Overview on the large terrace, with a drink circle and a round dining table for 12 people.
Beautiful Provencal house, secluded in the middle of the famous Bandol vineyards, stunning views, large central terrace (lockable, for children and dogs). There is a terrace for each of the six rooms to retreat to. Due to the high and free location, not oppressive even in the summer.

De grote binnentafel is een antieke uitschuifbare tafel (1890) die we voorzien hebben van uitschuifdelen in dezelfde kleurstelling als de oorspronkelijk tafel. Geschikt voor 12 personen.

On the Covered Terrace - next to the kitchen and next to the right sliding door of 4 meters - is the teak fixed outside table. This is suitable for 12 people (covered here for 10). Two self-made turntables on the table,
The kitchen is very large and has a lot of counter top. Under the window sink # 1, to the left the dishwasher, on the far left fridge / freezer combination # 1. Right 3 ovens: combi, hot air small, hot air large.

Opposite the utility room is the Study, with the WiFi equipment, lots of charging options, a printer. In total 3 workplaces.

Slaapkamer 5 (op de Étage) is de kleinste, maar heeft ook nog 2 volwassen bedden. Er is een raam op het noorden. Tegenover de bedden zijn 2 grote ingebouwde kasten.

In the Playroom there are 2 large cupboards with a lot of toys for all ages: Eichorn train, Lego Duplo, a lot of Lego Duplo train, regular Lego - and much more.
There is an unprecedented amount of rails and trains from Lego Duplo. For the small (and large) train enthusiasts). Our grandchildren lay the most complex traces.
For safety reasons the Playroom can be closed with a child safety gate.

The boulevard of Bandol has remained typically French. Because Bandol is a regional center, the village is lively all year round.
