Villa Park Le Jardin du Golf
Near Nans-les-Pins is the park Le Jardin du Golf (approx. 6 ha, 59 villas).
Completely detached at the beginning of the park is villa La Mouchouane. Built in Provencal style and very attractively decorated. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Massif de la Sainte Baume. A communal swimming pool and two tennis courts are part of the plan. The property is completely fenced and is only accessible through a guarded entrance gate.
Within walking distance of 'Le Jardin du Golf' is a beautiful 18-hole public golf course in the former garden of the Châteauneuf castle. This castle has been converted into a hotel-restaurant. Vouchers for the golf course are available at a favourable rate at the reception.
On the ground floor you will find:

• Bedroom (2 * bed 90x200cm) with built-in wardrobe and adjoining a luxurious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
On the 1st floor you will find:
• 2 bedrooms each (2 * bed 90x200cm) with (built-in) closet;
• and 1 bedroom with 2-pers. bed (2x single slatted base (bed 90 x 200 cm.) and built-in wardrobe.
• 2nd bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
At the villa you have access to a large terrace (35m2) partly covered, garden furniture and at the pool 6 sunbeds and large parasol.
On the plot (>800m2) is a heated private swimming pool (8x4x1.6mtr; covered with roll-up tarpaulin) (incl. outdoor shower). A tiled terrace has been built around the pool, screened off with a fence and childproof entrance gate. The terrace at the back of the garden can also be used as a jeu des boules court.
