Near Nans-les-Pins is the Le Jardin du Golf park (approx. 6 hectares, 59 villas).

Villa La Mouchouane is completely detached at the beginning of the park. Built in Provencal style and very tastefully decorated. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Massif de la Sainte Baume. A communal swimming pool and two tennis courts are part of the plan. The site is completely fenced and is only accessible via a guarded entrance gate.

Within walking distance of 'Le Jardin du Golf' is a beautiful 18-hole public golf course in the former garden of the Châteauneuf castle. This castle has been converted into a hotel-restaurant. Vouchers for the golf course are available at a favorable rate at reception.

On the ground floor you will find:
• Entrance with toilet and stairs to 1st floor and door to garage
• Garage with washing machine and dryer, second fridge-freezer, men's and women's bicycle.
• Spacious living room, dining table for 8 people, electric heating, TV with Chromecast and soundbar to stream music (including Sonos) and air conditioning.
• Open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.
• Bedroom (2 * bed 90x200cm) with fitted wardrobe and adjoining luxurious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.

On the 1st floor you will find:
• 2 bedrooms, each (2 * bed 90x200cm) with (built-in) wardrobe;
• and 1 bedroom with a double bed. bed (2x single slatted base (bed 90 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobe.
• 2nd bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

At the villa you have access to a large terrace (35m2), partly covered, garden furniture and 6 sun loungers and a large parasol by the pool.

On the plot (>800m2) there is a private swimming pool (8x4x1.6m; covered with a roll-up tarpaulin) (including outdoor shower). A tiled terrace has been constructed around the swimming pool, protected by a fence and a child-proof entrance gate. The terrace at the back of the garden can also be used as a jeu des boules court.

The garden and swimming pool are respectively Professionally maintained twice a week and weekly.

Explanation of prices

Tenant cancellation
  1. Tenant must send by registered mail
  2. In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:
    1. 15% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
    2. 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
    3. 70% of the rental price in case of cancellation more than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
    4. 90% of the rental price in case of cancellation from 1 day but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period ;
    5. 100% of the rental price if canceled on the start date of the rental period .
  3. In addition to the cancellation costs, the landlord may charge a fixed amount of €25 in administration costs
  4. If the rented property is still rented to a third party for a (partially) agreed period, the cancellation costs will be reduced by the rental income.

Tips for the tenant

-Massive La Ste. Baume is a beautiful walking area, where you can walk to an old monastery in the wall of the Massive.

- Nans-les-Pins (Provence)
Nans (Celtic for 'valley')-les-Pins (430 metres) is located amid olive trees, forests, extensive vineyards and châteaux, a typical Provencal village, where peace and quiet are still a given. The village is enclosed between the Massif de la Sainte Baume and the Auréliens mountain range.
Ideal holiday resort Nans-les-Pins and its beautiful surroundings have a lot to offer you. The protected nature reserve is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding.
The climate is pleasant and is known to be particularly healthy.

Location
Aix-en-Provence is located 40 km from Nans-les-Pins, accessible via the Autoroute. Aix-en-Provence is a distinctly 'student city' with a lot of attention for culture. Lovers of Provencal cuisine, not to mention Provencal wine, can indulge themselves here. The center is teeming with excellent restaurants and terraces.

The Méditerranée is a 25-minute drive from Nans-les-Pins. Well worth it and
famous for their namesake wines, are the coastal towns of Cassis and Bandol. The Côte d'Azur is easily accessible via the A8 motorway and the nearby ski areas (including Isola 2000) are a 2-hour drive away.

Gordes
Gordes is a village in the Vaucluse department of France. The village is located on a
jutting rock of the Luberon Mountains. It is one of the most photographed villages and you will find the photo in almost all publications about Provence, very nice to drive to and easy to combine with the ocher quarry in Roussillon
