Lavande

Near Nans-les-Pins is the park Le Jardin du Golf (approx. 6 ha, 59 villas).  

Villa Lavande is completely detached on a spacious plot (900 m2). The largest size house in the park, where we have 2 large bedrooms on the first floor (instead of 3 small ones). Built in Provencal style and very attractively decorated. Around the house is a spacious, sunny garden with lots of privacy and a private swimming pool  (May to October). Around the pool a tiled terrace and a large parasol and sunbeds. The house is located at the highest point of the park which gives us a beautiful view of the Massif de la Sainte Baume. A communal swimming pool and two tennis courts are part of the park. The property is completely fenced and is only accessible through a guarded entrance gate. 

At the front, rear and side of the house are terraces with garden furniture (partly covered and equipped with umbrellas) so you can enjoy the Provencal sun all day or find a shady spot. Shrubs and trees provide privacy. In spring and summer, the garden is adorned with flowering rose bushes and in summer with flowering lavender bushes. A few mulberry trees provide the necessary shade during the hot summer days. Gas BBQ available. 

On the ground floor you will find: - entrance with toilet, stairs to the 1 floor, and door to the garage-garage with washing machine, spacious living room, dining table for 6 people, electric heating, TV with chromecast, Sonos, open kitchen with oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and Nespresso machine, bedroom with bed 180*200 with built-in wardrobe and adjoining luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

There is good wifi (fiber optic) throughout the house.

On the 1 floor you will find: 2 bedrooms with 2*90*200 beds and fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet.
Pets not allowed/ smoking not allowed in the house. 

Holiday park Jardin du Golf-Dutch-speaking managers present, communal swimming pool with children's pool, children's disco in high season, 2 tennis courts, Jeu de boules court, Ping-pong tables. Within walking distance of Jardin du Golf is a beautiful 18-hole golf course with driving range (vouchers available at a favorable rate via the reception). Nans les Pins is located in the middle of Provence Vert, far away from mass tourism with beautiful hiking trails, horse riding routes and cycling routes. Stand with beautiful seaside resorts at half an hour (Bandol, Ciotat, Saint Cyr sur Mer). Beautiful Provencal villages and villages and towns. 40 kilometres away is Aix en Provence, a beautiful and vibrant student city with a lot of culture.
