The friendly Dutch management couple of the Domaine will receive you and hand you the keys. They will inform you about the villa and the surrounding area. In the summer months you can use the bread service.
To make you feel as welcome as possible, we ensure that there are sufficient spices, washing powder, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, etc. in the home at the start of the rental period.
The villa was built in 2008, well maintained, tastefully decorated in Provencal style and equipped with WIFI (recently: fiber optic) and satellite dish, all windows have mosquito nets.

Open kitchen with, among other things, oven/microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and very complete kitchen utensils to cook yourself (with all the goodies that you find at the many local markets) and to comfortably set the table.

Garage/utility room (access via door in kitchen) with washing machine, dryer, barbecue, ironing board and iron. Ideal for safely storing your (racing) bicycle and/or motorcycle.

In the garden you will find: Roman benches and a teak dining table with chairs so that you have four terraces depending on the sun for breakfast, drinks, etc. Also in the garden there are sunbeds and our own village fountain. The garden can also be used as a jeu de boules court.

Swimming pool:
About 50m from the house you will find the central large swimming pool (20x8 meters and separate paddling pool, area cordoned off for the safety of your children) with a large number of sunbeds and parasols.

The domaine is located in a nature reserve, from the house you can walk into this area within 100 meters. You can run along the Canal de Carpentras, walk to the golf course or to the beautiful village of Fontaine de Vaucluse over the aqueduct.
Fontaine de Vaucluse, the famous village where the most powerful spring in France originates and attracts many visitors every year, is 3 minutes by car. Isle sur la Sorgue, the charming medieval town (built on islands in the river du Sorgue), is 5 km from the domaine. Historic water wheels, nice shopping streets, terraces on the banks of the Sorgue, many (more than 100) antique/brocante shops and the unmissable market on Sundays make Isle sur la Sorgue a very popular place to visit several times. You will also find many bakeries, large supermarkets and restaurants here.
Sporty:
In addition to the tennis court and swimming pool in the park, the Golf Provence Country Club (beautiful 18-hole course) is 1 km away by walk along the water and 2 km by car. Racing bikes for rent in Isle sur la Sorgue and surrounding areas. The beautiful surroundings and picturesque high-altitude towns invite you to cycle here. Maybe you dare to climb Mont Ventoux?
