Our villa is located in one of the most beautiful places on the domaine Les Demeures du Luc. In a beautiful private garden of 6000m2 full of lavender, oleanders, olives, grapes and of course Provencal herbs. The garden has a number of terraces with fantastic panoramic views of the Vaucluse, Luberon and the Alpilles. The private swimming pool is located in the middle of the garden, between the grapes and oleanders. The beautiful cycling and walking routes start straight from the garden through the Monts de Vaucluse. The villa is a great starting point for climbing Mt Ventoux by bike. The domaine has a reception with Dutch managers, as well as a general (large) swimming pool with a paddling pool, a tennis court and a jeu de boules court.
In the morning there is fresh bread at the reception (May-Sept).
The river Sorgue runs close to the domaine, a river with nice rapids and waterfalls, where you can go canoeing. An 18 hole golf course (Provence Golf Club) is located 5 minutes away. The famous towns of Gordes, Rousillion, Lacoste and Bonnieux are just around the corner.

The villa is approximately 200m2 and the garden 6000m2.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room (approx. 45m2) with flat screen TV (104cm full HD) with Dutch channels and DVD player, radio with CD player, separate kitchen in Provencal style, a separate toilet and a double bedroom with air conditioning, private shower and sink. On the 1st floor there are three more double bedrooms with air conditioning, a large bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet and a beautiful covered terrace with truly fabulous views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is complete with oven and dishwasher.

Outside: On the terraces outside there is lounge furniture and a large teak dining table where you can dine perfectly, possibly with guests, in a Provencal atmosphere. Directly in front of the villa is the large private swimming pool (10 x 4) with sun loungers and shade areas. At the pool you have 100% privacy and yet a beautiful view of the surroundings. The swimming pool is also equipped with a heated deck so that the water is at a good temperature even in spring and autumn. The private swimming pool is open from April to October.
The large garage houses the washing machine and an extra refrigerator.

Close to the park you can board the canoe for a beautiful river trip.
