VILLA LA COQUILLE
Enjoy a relaxing stay at Les Demeures du Luc, an attractive holiday home in the middle of a quiet and green setting.
The villa is located on the highest point of the domain at the end of a cul-de-sac. This location guarantees privacy, tranquility and a beautiful view over the wide surroundings of the Luberon.
The villa was built in 2008 and in 2025 will be attractively redecorated and equipped with extra comfort (air conditioning on the upper floor, heated swimming pool, charging station). The garden was redesigned in the spring of 2026, including a private jeu de boules court.
The living room offers a view of the garden and the panorama of the surroundings with a cozy dining area with a large dining table where you can sit with 8 people. In the sitting area you will find a TV with Dutch TV channels. You can also use fast Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped: a coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, oven, induction hob, large refrigerator and dishwasher.
You will also find a separate toilet, storage room and also a 2-person bedroom with separate shower and sink on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is a beautiful covered terrace where you can relax with a cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine. In addition, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed,
a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and bath. A hairdryer is provided.
All bedrooms on the upper and lower floors are equipped with mosquito nets.
Downstairs there are also 2 covered terraces (front and side of the house). These are equipped with a dining table, as well as 2 lounge sets. In the garden there are also several terraces and sitting areas, where it is pleasant to stay at any time, in the sun or in the shade.
At the private swimming pool (with electric cover), size 4x9 meters, you can sunbathe in peace with comfortable sun loungers.
In the garage there is a large fridge with freezer, electric Weber BBQ and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board and drying rack are also provided.
On the domain you can also visit the communal swimming pool with separate children's pool, the communal tennis court, table tennis and a Jeu de boules court.
In the immediate vicinity there are several wonderful trips to do, such as Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Isle-sur-la Sorgue, with cozy antique shops, Lagnes, Gordes, Saint-Pantaléon, etc. and also excellent restaurants.
