This modern holiday villa consists of a ground floor, an upper floor and a basement, which means that all guests can have their own piece of privacy.

The villa has an 'open-plan' concept in which the hall, living room and kitchen flow into each other. In the spacious kitchen there is a large cooking island where guests can easily join. The kitchen is also equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher and wine cooler. There are large sliding doors that lead to the outside, eliminating the boundaries between inside and outside. The living room and kitchen provide access to the porch with below the pool and the outdoor bar with built-in grill. There is plenty of space to sit outside.

Between the living room and the kitchen is a staircase to the basement (basement). Here you will find a laundry and storage room, guest toilet and a spacious bedroom.
