Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylishly furnished apartment at Bisiña di Papaya. Bisiña di Papaya is located near Grote Berg and is a quiet new residential area known for its spacious layout and ever-present cooling breeze. Willemstad and Westpunt, with its beautiful, rugged nature and beaches are easily accessible. The popular beaches of Daaibooi, Porto Marie and Cas Abou are a short distance away. The airport is also nearby. A ride to or from the airport takes about 10 minutes. The space The sleekly furnished house has one floor. Upon entering, the first bedroom is on the right. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a 55 inch smart TV, wardrobe and air conditioning. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in bed and catch the first rays of the sun thanks to the glass sliding door. The spacious, luxurious bathroom with rain shower is also located on the ground floor. On the top floor is the largest bedroom (also with air conditioning and wardrobe), the living room with open kitchen and balcony with a beautiful view of the Queen Juliana Bridge, the refinery and the Drie Gebroeders (Zwarte Berg, Jacque Evertsberg and Veerisberg). Don't feel like eating out? The kitchen with electric hob is fully equipped: electric oven, microwave, airfryer, dishwasher and two-door refrigerator with four freezer drawers. There are two large supermarkets within a radius of 7 km. For small groceries you can go to one of the many mini markets along the Weg naar Westpunt near Papaya.

Whenever possible, I seek peace and quiet in Curaçao. With my roots in Curaçao, I decided to buy a home on the beautiful island in 2022. Since I only stay in this house for a few months or a few years, I rent the house for the rest of the year.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 5 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 1st and 4th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation on the start date or during the rental period: 100% of the rental price
