Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates Villa Paulina Curacao from € 218,- low season per night with 4 bedrooms.  The price for the high season is € 278,- per night with 4 bedrooms.

The prices do not include cleaning costs and deposit. A maximum of 2 people per bedroom applies. A cot can be added at no extra cost and subject to availability. Please indicate this when booking. Children up to 3 years old are free. 

Minimum rental period of 7 nights and arrival is possible on any day of the week.

In the unlikely event that you have to cancel, we will try to re-rent the villa for the same period. The following cancellation provisions apply:
  • If full re-letting is successful: administration costs of € 125;
  • If re-letting is partially successful: administration costs of € 125 plus the sum of the rent for the days that re-letting is no longer possible;
  • If re-letting is no longer possible at all: the full rent.
If you leave earlier than the agreed departure date, no refund will be made. Changing the number of people after your reservation does not count as cancellation. The additional / lower price will be settled with you before your departure. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance . If you have continuous cancellation insurance, it is advisable to check whether the insured sum is sufficient.

Ready for a sunny holiday on Curacao in your own private holiday home?
Willemstad, the capital next to the only city on the island, has long been the economic and cultural center of the island. The two oldest districts of Punda (the point) and Otrobanda ('other side') are separated by the Anna Bay, a narrow channel that leads to the busy port Schottegat. Around 1880 an enterprising American businessman built a floating pontoon bridge, called the Queen Emma Bridge. From the floating bridge is a nice view of the Queen Juliana Bridge. This bridge towers over the bay, with its surge in the middle 56 meters above the channel protrudes.
