The villa is completely closed off and safe. Camaras and a CVD security system. In and out is via large gate with remote. Alarm system also from CVD.
Inside also garage for 2 cars.
4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 master bedroom downstairs. All bedrooms have TV. Kitchen with everything needed. (Dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and hob) WI FI available. Sitting room with living room. Balcony in the front, balcony in the back and a balcony upstairs. In addition, we also have a relax lounge where you can read a book or if you have work to finish. Everything inside the villa is spacious. Bedrooms, bathrooms living and sitting rooms all spacious. This is ideal for relaxing and doing absolutely nothing. Because you have everything at this address.

Dear tenants, we as a family have bought this villa, because every year we go back to Curacao. We now live in England. Unfortunately we can't go on holiday all year round, so we want to share our villa with nice families, couples and friends the rest of the year. We really enjoy renting out our dream villa with nice and sensible people.
Upon arrival, our guests meet our lovely administrators Ben and Cobi.

Explanation of prices

Landlords, take into account the high season. Our price is normally €4999 per week only this can change in high season. If the booking date is known, the price may remain the same or may increase. We rent out for a minimum of one week.
Also take into account extra costs eg garbage bin per week €35, deposit of €500 for electricity and water. At the end of the holiday this is calculated, if more is used difference pay, less used difference of deposit back. Cleaning fee, first week free. After that €125 per week.

There is a Surinamese restaurant Balie, a 7-minute walk from the villa. All beaches Casa Abou, Groot Knip, Klein Knip, Jeremi, Porto Marie are all in your direction. About 20 minutes by car. Jan Thiel etc is the other way, but with the car in Curacao everywhere is close by.

There are a few house doctors near terra cora. What have we done. A nice summary (map) of all important locations, restaurants, etc. It is neatly ready for our guests in the villa. All information that is important for a safe and beautiful holiday.

We have fun activities at Sambil. A whole day out with the motorbike. Get to know Banda Abou and go for a swim. But if you want to experience a bit of Banda Ariba, you can also use the same engine. You can rent these at Suncape near mambo. Here you can also visit the Astrach Farm. You also have the Aloe vera farm (Sente Bibu).
