Nice things to know about Blue Bay:

  • The beach of Blue Bay is called ‘Blauwbaai’ in Dutch. It is named after the Blaauw plantation that was located nearby.
  • Blue Bay is the largest beach of Curaçao. It is also a lovely place for snorkelling.
  • Close to the town of Boca St. Michiel you will find the lagoon of St. Michiel. You won’t see many tourists here, but plenty of flamingos. A great place to admire these graceful animals.
