Villa Micha is a cozy, detached villa with lots of privacy and a private swimming pool of 6x3 meters. Villa Micha is very centrally located in the middle of the island in a quiet and safe neighborhood called Great Mountain.
The villa can accommodate 7 people. In the spacious tropical garden is a fully furnished apartment with its own (living) kitchen, bedroom (with air conditioning) and bathroom where another 2 people can stay.
The villa has a spacious living room with a cozy spacious sitting area with TV (including all Dutch channels, ESPN, Formula 1 TV and Netflix), a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a 180x200 box spring bed. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 box spring beds of 90x200. These can be placed against each other if desired.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bath and separate shower with hot water. In addition, there is a 2nd bathroom with toilet and shower with hot water. There is also a separate toilet. Shower towels are provided.

If desired, you have access to a baby/cot and high chair.
The kitchen is equipped with a large American fridge with an ice cube machine, a 6-burner gas stove with an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sandwich maker and a microwave.

In the utility room you have a dishwasher and washing machine at your disposal.
Through the living room you enter a spacious covered porch with dining table for 6-8 people where you can have breakfast in the morning. There is also a lovely lounge sofa to relax. Of course, a barbecue should not be missing.

From the porch you have a view and supervision of the private swimming pool of 6x3 meters and the beautifully landscaped tropical garden. The pool has a lovely underwater seating area, where you can relax with a drink. Around the pool there are sun beds and pool chairs, so you can enjoy the sun. Even when night falls, you can still enjoy swimming in the beautifully lit swimming pool.
The villa is on one level and has both 110V and 220V sockets. ( u.s plug )
There is Wifi (free) available.

Grote Berg is centrally located on the island, only 10 minutes from the airport. Willemstad is a 15-20 minute drive away. In about the same time you will drive to the most famous beaches of Curacao, Jan Thiel Beach and Mambo Beach. Grote Berg is located on the west side of Willemstad and that means that you can reach the quiet and most beautiful natural beaches and bays of Curacao (Daaibooi, Porto-Marie, Cas Abou and Lagun) in 10-15 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful underwater world and go snorkeling or diving. Also go flamingo spotting at St. Willibrordus. Shete Boka and Christoffel Park nature parks and the beautiful Westpunt (with the beautiful Grote Knip beach) are also within 25 minutes.

A car offers you the freedom to enjoy the island to the fullest. During your stay at Villa Micha, the Ford Explorer is available and can be rented for € 65.00 per day (excluding fuel, including insurance and free kilometers).

We are Michel, Chantal and Sem, a nice family from Brabant. After a holiday on Curacao, we fell head over heels in love with the island!
We love the relaxed life, the lovely people, the always wonderful climate, the underwater world, the beautiful beaches and the outdoors.
We can call ourselves the proud owners of Villa Micha. The house has been completely renovated inside and out and newly furnished, so that you lack nothing.
And now everyone can enjoy it!!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price mentioned is up to 4 people. Each additional person is
€ 10.00 p.p.p.n. to be paid when booking directly to the landlord.

Final cleaning from € 150.00.

Water and electricity according to consumption, will be charged afterwards.

Deposit at least € 500.00.

Rental car Ford Explorer 7-seater € 65.00 per day incl. insurance and km free with a deposit of € 350.00 to be paid when booking to the rental company (optional). Child seat can be booked for €40.00 per week.

Interim cleaning € 75.00 (optional)

Pick-up and drop-off service Hato Airport is possible up to 4 people NAF 120 and from 5 people NAF 200. To be paid on the spot to the manager. (optional)

Late check-out: € 100.00 (if possible) to be paid at the time of booking

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total amount (excluding deposit)
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount (excluding deposit)
cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total amount (excluding deposit)

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full total sum (excluding deposit).
