The house with sea view is very centrally located and has recently been completely renovated. The property is located 5-10 minutes walk from Parasasa beach and Pirate bay and 5 minutes by car from the city. Other popular beaches such as Mambo, Kokomo, Blue bay are a 15-minute drive away. The airport is a 15-minute drive away.

On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. There is also air conditioning in this room. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
