Villa Flamboyant

Villa Flamboyant is located at Villapark Fontein in the middle of the island. Some of the most beautiful beaches on the island are in the vicinity (5-10 min by car): Cas Abao, Porto Marie and Daaibooi. All these beaches have facilities such as parking, sun beds and a bar where drinks and snacks are available. At Porto Marie there is even a restaurant with a beautiful terrace on the beach, right by the sea. Tera Kora with supermarkets, bakery and pharmacy is a few minutes drive from the park. There is also a gas station and an ATM here. There are several restaurants within 10 minutes. The center of Willemstad is about 25 minutes drive. At the aforementioned beaches you can enjoy snorkeling or diving. This is an ideal location for nature lovers and hikers. There are many walking routes on this side of the island, mostly through untouched nature. Walking on the estates around the old country houses is particularly pleasant. We recommend the walks with a local guide, where you will learn a lot about the flora and fauna and the history of the island. In addition, the famous Christoffel park is located a 10-minute drive from Villapark Fontein. For a beautiful walking and / or mountain bike route, visit "Shete Boka Park". The waves that hit the rugged coast give a beautiful sight. Go swimming with real dolphins, take a trip through the ostrich park, visit the caves of Hato, windsurfing, horseback riding, jeep and / or canoe safari, bowling, deep sea fishing, hit the golf course.

The weather is always nice on Curacao. You will therefore be outside most of the day. There is a beautiful terrace for this, from where you have a magnificent view and can also spend a large part of the day in the shade.

Peter's vacation villa is nothing short of paradise. We were greeted upon arrival by the lovely housekeeper, Diana who gave us a brief rundown of the place and offered some beach and restaurant recommendations. The home is extremely clean, sunny, breezy and it comfortably accommodates 6 people. Peter's villa is centrally located in a gated complex- the beaches are accessible in no more than 15-20 minutes in one direction and the town of Willemstad is 20 minutes in the other direction. Renting a car is an absolute must in Curaçao. Peter's villa has the perfect mix of size, location and luxury and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Ashley and Eric January 2015

Traumhaftes ein Haus mit viel Platz und wunderbarem private pool, den wir haben genutzt mehrfach new every day (echtes ein Luxus-Gefühl, vor allem bei über 30 Grad!). Alles neu und sauber, sehr gepflegt, gute Möbel, schöner Garten mit Palappa, all in der Küche vorhanden in hoher Qualität, sehr gute Betten, große dicke reichlich Handtücher, all funktioniert bestens. Air conditioning bei der Hitze zum Schlafen wunderbar. Die Lage ist für alle Ausflüge genial, auch der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse (Sonnenuntergang oder über dem Sternenhimmel beleuchteten Pool, wir sind abends nie ausgegangen, haben nur das genossen). Der Kontakt zu Peter war sehr gut, alles hat sofort und sehr freundlich geklappt. Wir haben dort as Mietwohnungs-Städter richtigen Luxus-Urlaub genossen. Empfehlen wir jederzeit weiter !!!

Peter and Ineke gave us a great first time experience. Quick reply, very friendly, great house, pool and beautiful views from patio and yard. Best place to stay on Curacao close to beautiful beaches. Enjoyed our time in Curacao and at Peter and Ineke's home tremendously. The house is exactly as shown in the photos and is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The location was great for us as it was easy to get into Willemstad and / or explore the island, but not at the heart of everything so it was very relaxing. Close to the best beaches on the Island That we visited. Our 11 year old absolutely loved having the pool, as did we! Peter was very easy to correspond with and've responded very quickly to any questions we had prior to arrival.  
There were only three of us, but there's easily enough room for six without being overcrowded. Would highly recommend this property! Thank you Peter and Ineke!

We may use three weeks of this beautiful villa. The villa is exactly as in the description, just wonderful. It's on a nice quiet park, the villa is spacious with a lovely garden and a beautiful pool. The lovable caretaker was at any time ready for us when we needed her. We really enjoyed it and will probably still sometimes return.

The description says it all: a beautiful house near Cas Abou (one of the most beautiful and rustic beaches on Curaçao). The pictures give a good representation of the house, Although in reality the porch and its mesmerizing view over the ocean, private pool (-which lights up nicely at night), and the exotic birds on the parcel (How many followers you can attract by placing food / sugar in the ... on the side of the palapa) is even more amazing biedt a beautiful serene scenery for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The house is facilitated with all the required (and more) amenities: air conditioning in all bedrooms, washing machine, dish washer, enough closet space, good showers, a safe, good cooking facilities (including a barbecue on the porch.) (Beach -) towels, coolbox to take to the beach, etc. The pool is cleaned twice a week - which keeps it nice and clean to swim in. The villa park ook gives a secure feeling thanks to the 24/7 security and alarm system in the house. Communication with the owners of the house (Peter and Ineke) was very pleasant, welcoming and timely. In case you have any questions falling on your stay, you can talk to the host (Diana) who ook lives on the villa park and welcomes you upon arrival. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Villa Flamboyant and would definitely recommend it to family & friends.

This house is PERFECT !!! Perfect for a family - as we are - or for a group of friends. We really enjoyed our holiday here and absolutly want to come back someday! The pool is perfect for a good start in the day and our daughter learnd to swim;) The location of the house in the middle of the island is perfect to start daily tours to the wonderfull beaches or the the north or south of Curacao! The houskeeper was very friendly and forthcoming, we want to give her a big hug :) Peter and Ineke are very good hosts - thank you for everything!

My family and I spent our Christmas vacation at Peter and Ineke's house and had a fantastic time. This house is just as nice and clean as shown in the photos and we spent more than we expected we would evenings enjoying the nice patio and bbq. Peter and Ineke were very helpful and kind both before and ash falling on our trip was Diane who was there to answer any immediate questions or concerns. Overall great house and would absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Vor unserer Anreise wurden unsere all anstehenden umgehend Fragen von Peter beantwortet. Wir haben vor unserer Abreise einen Anruf erhalten, um uns eine schöne Anreise zu wünschen. Wir wurden vor Ort herzlich empfangen. All Beschreibungen des Hauses und der Ausstattung übertrafen unsere Zufriedenheit. Das Haus war wunderschön und trug einen großen Teil zu unserem twirling Aufenthalt auf der Insel bei. Können wir dieses Haus und den dazugehörigen Contact Wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Before our trip Peter send us a map of Curacao with lots of tips for the island. He answered 'ook all our questions and recommended a car rental company. He was very helpful all the time. The house is just beautiful. It's even better than we imagined by looking at the photos. It has a nice big private pool, a big terrace with a barbecue grill, and a palapa and a really big kitchen, where you can find everything you need. AC in all sleeping rooms. Marc - the local caretaker of the house - gift us lots of tips for the island (restaurants, local food, day trips, bars). We stayed here for our honeymoon vacation and the location is just perfect - the most beautiful beaches are 5 minutes away by car. The house is located in the center of the island. So it's easy to reach Willemstad in less than 20 minutes and usefull West Point at the sametime, where you can find more beautiful beaches, bays and nice tiny restaurants with local food. We loved the house, the island and just everything there. It was a wonderful vacation and we are really happy That we have chosen the house of Peter and Ineke. Thank you for watching us staying in your beautiful house on Banda Abou. This description is totally right.

Es lies toll um who acknowledged Insel zu, wunderschöne Strände who Cas Abou nur 15 Min entfernt, who sehenswerte Hauptstadt in der Nähe und yet, whom von uns gewünscht, ländliche Umgebung mit sehr schöner Bepflanzung am und ums Haus. Das Haus is super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst, der schöne Pool is a good thing for the Ausflügen eine Wohltat und wurde oft genutzt. Wir vermissen ihn jetzt schon. The Umgebung war angenehm ruhig und der Blick for the toll-provflanzten Garten ins Grüne ist wunderbar. Der Kontakt zu Peter and Inke or for Ort zu Marc, perfect, schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Jedes Detail stimmte oder war noch besser als in der Beschreibung und auf Fotos, an alles ist gedacht (reichlich Handtücher und Strandtücher vorhanden, sogar Moskito-Netze für die Betten sind da.) Alles liebevoll und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ( manchmal vermisst man ja im Ferienhaus etwas, aber hier war einfach alles was man braucht da, sogar Mixstab für die Soßen und gute Messer und Töpfe). Die Anlage war gut bewacht und sicher, für die Wertsachen gab es einen gut befestigten Safe). Der Pool und Garten sind wunderschön. Pool wurde Mittwochs gereinigt. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel man hat also genialen Blick, jeden Abend malerischen Sonnenuntergang. Im Garten wohnen mehrere wunderschöne Leguane , Colibri Vögel - Highlights für die Kinder. Das war unser zweites Mal auf Curacao: Die Lage ist super, ruhig aber alles schnell erreicht. Die schönsten Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 max. 15 min mit dem Auto, Willemstad in 20-30 min. Je nach Verkehrslage. Vor Ort gab es einen Hausverwalter, der den Check in gemacht hat und für uns sogar kleinen Lebensmitteleinkauf erledigt hat - so dass wir in Ruhe am ersten Tag frühstücken konnten. Peter hat immer sehr schnell reagiert und alle Fragen vor der Reise ausführlich beantwortet und war jederzeit auch während der Reise erreichbar und kümmerte sich ganz freundlich. Vielleicht noch wichtig, weil man immer so früh im Voraus bucht vergisst man es vielleicht: wir hatten es nicht mehr "auf dem Radar", dass am Ende Stromkosten und Wasserkosten in Guilden separat bezahlt werden, obwohl es in der Beschreibung auch so drin steht. Am Anfang und Ende werden die zählerstände fotografiert. Und normal nach Curacao-Tarif abgerechnet. Das ist auf Curacao üblich. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Wir waren als zwei befreundete Familien da, und haben täglich gedacht was wir für ein Glück mit diesem tollen Haus haben! Danke Peter En Ineke! Alles in allem ganz ganz toll, 5 Sterne!
