Kas Karkó is an attractive and playfully decorated holiday home for 4 people on the secure Villapark Fontein. A lovely quirky house that fits perfectly with the Curaçao outdoor life: colorful, relaxed and just that little bit different.
The name Karkó refers to the well-known large seashell that you often encounter on Curaçao and that is inextricably linked to the island. That Caribbean atmosphere is reflected in the appearance and décor of the house: warm, playful and with nice details that give Kas Karkó its own character.
As with some authentically furnished Curaçao vacation homes, this is not about a large traditional living room. Life mainly takes place outside. The lovely covered porch is therefore the heart of Kas Karkó. Here you can start the day quietly with breakfast, find the shade during the day and enjoy the tropical temperature and the outdoors in the evening.
Inside you will find an open kitchen with a cozy bar and bar stools, so that cooking, having a drink and sitting together flow into each other in a fun way. The special layout makes the house airy and informal and gives Kas Karkó exactly that relaxed holiday atmosphere that suits Curaçao so well.
Kas Karkó has two bedrooms with new comfortable beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you can sleep soundly even during warm Curaçao nights. In addition, the house has a beautiful, well-kept bathroom.
The combination of the porch, the bar, the playful décor and the Curaçao details makes Kas Karkó a place where you quickly feel at home. Not a standard holiday home, but a cozy and characterful cottage for couples, friends or a small family who want to enjoy the island.
Going to Curaçao with family or friends?
Kas Karkó is located together with Kas Kibrahacha, Kas Symfony and Kas Harmony on one very spacious shared plot at Villapark Fontein. This makes the houses very nice to combine when you come to Curaçao with a larger group.
With multiple cottages, a group of up to 12 people can stay close to each other, while everyone still keeps their own place and privacy. Have breakfast, swim, have drinks and discover the island together — and at the end of the day just back to your own house.

Villa Park Fontein
Kas Karkó is located on the secure Villa Park Fontein, in the middle of the quiet and green Banda Abou. From here you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao within a short time, including Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi.
In the area you will find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Corá you will find supermarkets, a bakery, ATM and gas station. There is also a beautiful nature reserve around Fontein with various walking routes.
The villa park is accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are indicated. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as sent with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge. After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
- From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
