Welcome to Villa Bella Vista, a characterful and attractive holiday home located on the highest part of Villapark Fontein. This unique place offers a truly breathtaking view over the park, the green hills of Bandabou and the Caribbean Sea. From the wide balcony you can literally see the landscape at your feet.
The villa is stylishly built with a warm, Mediterranean feel. The modern tiled stairs, the natural materials and the calm matt green tone of the façade give this house a special character.
Inside you will find an open and attractive living room, which flows seamlessly into the covered outdoor terrace. The living room is equipped with a large television equipped with an extensive streaming service, including access to Formula 1, international sports, Dutch-language channels and almost every conceivable channel — ideal for relaxing evenings.
The kitchen is fully furnished in warm wood tones with Italian influences and equipped with a large luxury refrigerator, oven, stove and all the necessary amenities for a carefree stay.
The villa has two bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the balcony through a sliding door. In addition, there is one modern bathroom, an extra separate toilet, and a separate room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron – ideal for longer stays.
Convenience has also been thought of: you don't have to bring extra luggage because towels, beach towels and kitchen linen are provided.
Outside, you can enjoy the tropical climate at a spacious dining table under the covered terrace, with comfortable chairs and an extra sitting area with sun loungers. And the best part: all around you that beautiful view from which the villa owes its name.
**Please note:** Due to the elevated, unfenced swimming pool, this villa is less suitable for young children under the age of 12!
