Welcome to Kas Symfony, a colorful and attractive 4-person villa with private pool at Villapark Fontein. A holiday home with its own unique look, where comfort, outdoor living and a playful Curaçao atmosphere come together beautifully.
Kas Symfony is not your average holiday villa. The house has a surprising, open design where everything revolves around relaxed living in the Caribbean climate. Not a traditional living room where you hardly sit during your holiday, but plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
The spacious covered porch is therefore the place where you will probably spend most of your time. Start the morning here with breakfast, cool off in the shade during the day and enjoy a drink together in the evening while the temperature is still pleasant.
The open kitchen fits in perfectly with this and has a cozy bar with bar stools. As a result, cooking, eating and socializing merge effortlessly. The interior is fresh, colorful and carefully composed, giving Kas Symfony a cheerful and casual holiday atmosphere.
And of course you don't have to go far for the real cooling: Kas Symfony has a lovely private swimming pool. A refreshing dip after a day at the beach, cooling off in the afternoon or just a lazy day at the house — here you set the pace all by yourself.
The villa has two comfortable bedrooms with new beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for a good night's sleep. In addition, there is a modern and well-kept bathroom.
It is precisely the combination of the private swimming pool, the spacious porch, cozy bar and special layout that gives Kas Symfony its charm. Everything you need is there, without unnecessary fuss. A nice place for two couples, friends or a family of up to four people that wants to experience Curaçao as it is meant to be here: outside, relaxed and at your own pace.
One holiday, several cottages
Are you traveling with family or friends? Then Kas Symfony has a nice extra. The villa is located together with Kas Kibrahacha, Kas Karkó and Kas Harmony on the same spacious shared plot.
By combining several homes, groups of up to 12 people can stay close to each other. This way you have all the cosiness of a joint holiday, but each couple or family retains its own villa, bedrooms, swimming pool and privacy.
Ideal for several families, friends or, for example, grandparents who would like to come along, but also appreciate their own place.
Villa Park Fontein
Kas Symfony is located on the secure Villa Park Fontein, in the middle of the quiet and green Banda Abou. From here you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Curaçao within a short time, including Cas Abou, Porto Marie and Daaibooi.
In the area you will find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Corá you will find supermarkets, a bakery, ATM and gas station. There is also a beautiful nature reserve around Fontein with various walking routes.
The villa park is accessible via a barrier and there is 24/7 security.

Villapark Fontein is located near the most beautiful beaches of Curacao. In the vicinity of the park you will also find several restaurants and in nearby Tera Cora there are several supermarkets, a gas station, an ATM and a bakery. The villa park is surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve where several hiking trails are indicated. The park is secured by a barrier and there is 24/7 security.
**By making a reservation and paying the (down) payment, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions of Bandabou Curaçao Rentals & Management (BBCRM), as sent with the booking confirmation**
Payment:
- A deposit of 50% of the rent must be paid upon reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid no later than 70 days (10 weeks) prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
After reservation and receipt of the (down) payment, a cooling-off period of 48 hours applies, within which cancellation can be made free of charge. After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 70 days (10 weeks) before arrival: 50% of the rent + €150 administration fee
- From 70 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price
In the event of force majeure (such as travel restrictions, flight bans or personal circumstances), no refunds will be made. We advise you to make use of cancellation insurance before you travel to Curacao.
**The deposit will always be refunded on the 1st of the following month after settlement of water/electricity consumption and any damages**
