Huisje Welgelegen is located on the outer edge of the Sunclass Durbuy holiday park in a wooded area. Due to the favorable location, you can enjoy the peace, yet all facilities are within walking distance (swimming pool, playground, restaurant).

It is also possible to pick up your meal in the brasserie and enjoy it in peace in the chalet.

The chalet has an enclosed terrace. The kitchen was completely renovated in July 2023 and has a dishwasher, a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, a gas stove with 4 burners and a new oven.
There is sleeping space for 5 people (1 room with 2 x single bed, 1 room with 1 x 2 bed and an extra bed on the landing with also 2 cupboards with blankets, fan, cot and sufficient storage space for clothes, etc.)

In the living room there is a gas fireplace for cozy warmth in the chalet, the smart TV has streaming services such as Netflix and Disney +.
From the holiday park there is a nice walk towards the historic city center of Durbuy, of about 2 km.

There is also a wide range of activities for the sporty types, such as hiking and mountain biking trails, Adventure Valley, kayak rental, etc.

Pets (max. 2 large or small dogs given the surface) are also very welcome!

The 'little ally' of Huisje Welgelegen, Huisje Weltevree, is right next to it, which means that it is also possible to rent both chalets at the same time (for groups of up to 10 people).

We, David and Marleen, have been the proud owners of 'Huisje Welgelegen' since 01/07/2023, our second chalet at the Sunclass holiday park in Durbuy!

Located side by side with Huisje Weltevree, the chalets each offer sleeping space for 5 people and we welcome pets.

The picturesque Durbuy is 2.5 km away.

Our cottage has been ready for rental since 21/07/2023, and we look forward to having you as our guests.
