This house is a nature house and via an unpaved road you reach the domain with 20 hectares of private grounds of forests, meadows and a cave. The house has central heating (gas). There is a seating area and a park outside. You have access to a BBC and a parasol. The gite is located on a corner. You can park your car in the parking lot in front of the house. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, coffee maker, combination microwave and gas stove. The kitchen has a dining room table. From the kitchen you step directly outside.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.40x2.00 m) with a double duvet (2 x 2 m). You must bring your own bath and linen.
You walk to the Ourthe via a meadow. There is plenty of canoeing on the Ourthe. The area is slightly undulating, making it an excellent area for mountain biking enthusiasts. But golf enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. There are also tourist attractions such as: the Hottom and Han caves, towns such as Durbuy and La Roche, the Co waterfalls, a chocolate shop and Modave castle, etc. The supermarket can be found in Barvaux (3 km).
