Beautiful villa, Jacuzzi, wellness, beautiful view, on the forest, outdoor, atb routes and golf course Durbuy. Every conceivable luxury is present, such as an outdoor jacuzzi, large sauna, internet, trampoline, jeu de boules, fireplace, washing machine, large terrace, lounge set, BBQ, LCD, DVD and satellite. Well suited for all seasons. From Oct-Apr. the winter rate applies to energy (€40/day).
For you as a tenant we attach great importance to treating the villa with respect and it is only intended for tourist purposes. That is why we do not rent out the villa to so-called risk groups (such as party and drinking groups) . The house is not suitable for this and action will be taken in the event of nuisance. Book elsewhere and go partying is a better option.

Since 2003 we (Ted and Elmar van Deijck) have been active in renting out villas in the Belgian Ardennes. As soon as you drive into the Ardennes after Liège, you are immediately in a completely different environment: forests, nature, freedom, nice villages, many activities, beautiful views and a holiday feeling. It is our policy to let you enjoy this to the fullest in a spacious detached villa with lots of luxury and comfort: sauna, jacuzzi, trampoline and internet. Ideal for families!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Energy costs
The energy costs are a fixed price per day and amount to €25/day from May-September and €40/day from October-April.

Cancellations
The renter has the right to cancel the booking. This must be done in writing. The following amounts are due for this:
  1. a) in case of cancellation up to 56 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit, plus the reservation costs;
  2. b) in case of cancellation from 56 to 28 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental amount, plus the reservation costs;
  3. c) in case of cancellation from 28 days before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount, plus the reservation costs.
In case of cancellation, a deposit paid will always be refunded in full. The tenant must take care of cancellation insurance himself.

In the cozy village Barvaux This luxury villa is on top of a hill. On the front it has a panoramic view of the village Barvaux.

The villa accommodates 10 people. The villa is tastefully decorated and modern and located on a very quiet road. In the garden stands a jacuzzie and is an official boules (petanque) court. There is a large terrace with lounge and dining set, a trampoline and a lot of leeway.

The living room is tastefully furnished with modern fireplace. LCD television (satellite) and DVD are available.

The modern fully equipped kitchen includes, fridge, freezer, 4 burner stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

On the first floor you can use the special wellness area. It has a sauna and 2 open showers. There is also a relax angle arranged in this space

Each floor has its own bathroom and separate toilet. There is a bath and showers. There are a cot and high chairs.

The house is located in direct proximity of a 2 beautiful golf courses. From the house you look directly at the golf course of Durbuy. A few kilometers away lies golf Five nations.
Wave
From the house you through the forest to the center of Barvaux walk. The cozy Barvaux has several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs. Nearby is the charming town of Durbuy castle, gardens and idyllic streets. Near the house is too 'adventure Durbuy'. There you can go canoeing, climbing, abseiling, fishing, and various other activities to do.
