Wellness Villa ROOS is a "double hit": you rent a very luxuriously finished and residential villa with breathtaking views and also a real professional private wellness center with infinity pool, 8-person jacuzzi, infrared bench, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, pull bucket, immersion barrel, etc... The wellness center and the heated infinity pool are also available in the winter period. Every season gives the same holiday feeling!
Our wellness chalet is a unique concept in Europe. It is the first and only holiday home, linked to a complete luxurious private wellness center. Our professional installations guarantee you optimal water quality throughout your stay. In Wellness ROOS you do not run any health risk!
Wellness Chalet Roos is located in Bomal-sur-Ourthe, a district of the world's smallest town of Durbuy. The Chalet is located on one of Bomal's highest points. From anywhere (living room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna,...) you will enjoy a beautiful view of the confluence of the Aisne valley with that of the terraces facing Ourthe.De south, allowing you to enjoy in luxury. The house has 6 spacious bedrooms and is accessible for 10-15 people. The 3 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort.
15 people (including children) is the strict maximum, from which it is not possible to deviate. Additional visits are not possible, only the residents of Wellness Chalet Roos are allowed to use the holiday home and the private wellness center.
Our wellness lounge is equipped with heated infinity pool, 8-person jacuzzi, cozy infrared corner, hammam with scent therapy, tower solarium, luxurious rain showers, Finnish sauna with panoramic window, cozy sitting area inside and outside, fireplace at the jacuzzi, sun terrace with design sunbeds, cold water bucket and immersion barrel, bar with fridge and sound system. All elements are integrated into an attractive modern and warm interior. The latter is further accentuated by the beautiful color lighting. Hygiene is an absolute must! Our private wellness center complies with official legislation!
The house is approximately a passive house. Everything is made in ecological materials. Heating is based on pellets (both for the house, as well as for the pool and jacuzzi) The photovoltaic panels also ensure that our own energy is generated. Our professional approach ensures that you have a fantastic experience/holiday in a breathtaking place. We are always personally on site to receive our guests!
We have rental formulas for groups of 10 to 15 people. The prices listed here are for 10 people. Each additional person pays a surplus/persdon.
The house has a complete professional wellness center, so bringing pets is not allowed.
