Located in Les Jardins du Golf and built in 2014. The house is set on a hill/forest plot of 990 m2. In the backyard, at the edge of the forest, there is a wooden playhouse for the children.
The attractive and cozy house is in an ideal location for a week or weekend of enjoyment with friends or family. It is surrounded by nature and is the ideal base for many activities such as golf course of Durbuy almost around the corner or 12 km to Five Nations Golf Club, kayaking, walks and cycling.
The landscape in the Ardennes is different from that in the Netherlands and Flanders and is much more hilly. It may therefore be wise to prepare for this in the winter by equipping your car with snow tires and/or chains.
TIP: at the end of our cul-de-sac there is a paying charging station for 1 car. Please move your car again after it has been charged, so that others can also charge their cars. The energy price charged at the time of booking is NOT designed to charge an electric car.
The house has an area of approximately 150 m², has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is suitable for groups of up to 8 people (with a maximum of 6 adults aged 21+). This house is not suitable for occasions such as bachelor and student parties.
The use of bed linen is mandatory. You must bring your own or rent it on site. Kitchen and bath linen must be brought by yourself.
