Nice sunbeds in the large south-facing garden. You can always find a place where there is no sun or use the parasol.

The large garden ends in a mountain stream. There it is nice to play for the children and cool off.

Several lakes are within a fifteen minute drive from the house. This lake is the Faaker See. In the summer this has a pleasant temperature.

The Pressegger See is great for swimming in the summer. The lake has a lovely temperature of about 25 degrees and is one of the warmest lakes in Austria
Tarvisio is a nice mountain village in Italy, a 15-minute drive away
Worthersee is also worth a visit. In summer it is more hot to swim
Skiing in nearby Nassfeld. More than 100 km of slopes.
From Seltschach a walking path leads to Arnoldstein. On the way you will encounter this beautiful monastery.
This beautiful lake Lago di Fusini is just over the border in Italy. A nice walking tour that leads to a second lake
Dreilandereckhutte. Open in both summer and winter. You can eat or drink here

There are some walnut trees in the garden. These are usually ripe in October. If you're here, feel free to look for walnuts and take them home!

You can see this beautiful scene at several farms in the village. Curious cows that like to come and visit when you walk by :-)
Fresh berries. Are they ripe? pick them fresh for your breakfast or snack in between
We love beautiful palm trees and so have filled several pots with beautiful bloomers and palms, etc. In the garden, 5 fruit trees have just been planted.
Snow fun for people and animals :-) What could be nicer than running through the fresh snow!

Enjoy the terrace, and in the evening you can sit outside, often until late in the evening. The Crickets in the background, the silhouettes of the mountains and the starry sky...
