This paradise villa is located about 10 minutes drive from the world famous Palm Beach and the tourist entertainment centers. This charming unique villa in a paradisiacal setting offers you all the comfort and space your family or traveling companion needs!

Entering the villa through the front door you will find the living and dining area with an 8 seater dining table, 2 comfortable 2 seater sofas with a flat screen TV and access to the rear terrace with a swimming pool. To the right of the entrance door is the large open plan kitchen and it is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a hallway leading to the garage and an outside laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Just outside the living/dining room you will find the toilet (= half bathroom) for the convenience of your guest.

To the left of the entrance door you will find the bedroom wing. All four bedrooms in this villa have king size beds and their own (some en-suite) full bathroom with shower; the fifth bedroom is in the separate apartment and has a queen bed and an adjacent full bath with shower. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, double washbasin, shower and its own walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, 'en suite' master bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and its own walk in wardrobe.

Walking out onto the terrace from the lounge or master bedroom there is a covered terrace with a rustic dining table for 8, a swimming pool surrounded by 4 sun loungers and a Weber BBQ grill. The apartment of this villa is located opposite this outdoor area and the pool, thus offering the fifth bedroom with a complete bathroom (which can also be accessed from the outside). Free high speed wireless internet, cable TV and a DVD player are all available for added comfort and leisure. Each bedroom has its own individual split unit air conditioning. There are standard sleeping places for up to 10 people. A rental car is necessary to fully enjoy the island experience from the location of this property.
