This studio features a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, a king-size bed and a smart TV. There is also a private parking space, private terrace and a shared garden with BBQ and picnic table.
The studios are located in a quiet area and especially the location is very favorable, within 5 minutes you can reach the large supermarkets, restaurants and the beautiful beach. In short, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy all the beauty that Aruba has to offer.

Hi everyone, we are from the Netherlands and have been living in Aruba since 2016. Our son was born here in 2017, so the three of us are now having a nice time. We have had 2 wonderful brand new studios built next to our house in Noord near Palm Beach. We work in the catering industry and are very service-oriented. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price is a total price, so it includes cleaning and other costs.

Cancellation policy
If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.
immediately. A telephone announcement of this
must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 30% of the rent
indebted; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the
start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
