Beautiful 4 person holiday villa with private pool located in a quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Palm beach and Eagle beach, and 15 minutes to Oranjestad with shopping and entertainment center. The place to spend a holiday in Aruba with your family or friends.

The house is fully furnished and fully equipped. Air conditioning in living room and all bedrooms. Hot water supply by means of boiler. Wireless internet and cable TV. The house can accommodate up to 4 people, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite. Both bathrooms have a bathroom cabinet, shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have spacious beds and a large closet. In both bedrooms, the bed can be split into 1 person beds. There is also a cot, a camping bed and a high chair. The living room is spacious, and has TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Kitchen textiles are also available. The house is equipped with an alarm system and a safe. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Bed linen and towels are plentiful. The swimming pool and garden offer opportunities to relax. Barbecue, umbrellas and sunbeds are waiting for you. It is wonderful to relax on the verandas at the front and side of the house and on the partly covered terrace at the rear, or in the attractive gazebo. There is space for 2 cars under the carport.

We are Simon and Annemieke Dijkwel. In 2008 we bought our house in Aruba, after we fell in love with this fantastic island with its sunny climate and friendly inhabitants.
After a few renovations, we turned it into our own palace and named Villa Palmcourt.
Because we unfortunately cannot enjoy it all year round, we offer it for rental.
Our managers welcome you warmly and are ready for you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Tourist tax 10 %

The price does not include € 100 final cleaning costs.

The deposit is € 200, -

December 24 and 25 are not an arrival or departure day, so our manager also has a Merry Christmas.

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 25%, after that 75% of the agreed rental price.
