Come and enjoy our beautiful Casa Kudawecha located in Noord in the Kudawecha district
The Casa has two bedrooms, with air conditioning bathroom with hot water, large kitchen with all amenities and hot water large stove Senseo and Nespresso machine oven microwave and large refrigerator with freezer.
A lovely covered terrace at the front and back with a view of our tropical garden. Under the Gazebo is a new 7-person jacuzzi, a BBQ and in the shed you will find a washing machine and beach chairs. Cool boxes for the beach. Outside is a garden set and two large wooden sun loungers with to kiss
The property is located in Noord in the Kudawecha district. You can reach Eagle Beach, Palm Beach or Arashi Beach in less than 10 minutes by car. From our house you can easily reach the nightlife in Noord at the high rise hotels.
Everything for your holiday is present in the house linen for the beds linen for the bathroom and kitchen is all washed clean for use in the closet also enough beach towels so that saves space in your suitcase

My name is Bianca Jas and I am the owner of this beautiful house in Aruba.
We have been coming to Aruba since 1991 and are still in love with the beautiful beaches, the beautiful blue sea. We enjoy the hospitality of the residents, the relaxed life and not to forget the delicious food on Aruba. We try to enjoy our own house for a few weeks every year, if we don't then we rent it out and hope that our guests enjoy it just as much.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent
