The Casa has two bedrooms, with air conditioning bathroom with hot water, large kitchen with all amenities and hot water large stove Senseo and Nespresso machine oven microwave and large refrigerator with freezer.
A lovely covered terrace at the front and back with a view of our tropical garden. Under the Gazebo is a new 7-person jacuzzi, a BBQ and in the shed you will find a washing machine and beach chairs. Cool boxes for the beach. Outside is a garden set and two large wooden sun loungers with to kiss
The property is located in Noord in the Kudawecha district. You can reach Eagle Beach, Palm Beach or Arashi Beach in less than 10 minutes by car. From our house you can easily reach the nightlife in Noord at the high rise hotels.
Everything for your holiday is present in the house linen for the beds linen for the bathroom and kitchen is all washed clean for use in the closet also enough beach towels so that saves space in your suitcase

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
