Our luxury holiday villa with large garden and XL swimming pool is located in the popular, quiet and safe residential area "Sabana Liber Villa Park". Aruba Villa Florida is beautifully located in Noord, about 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches (Palm Beach and Eagle Beach), the nightlife, the best restaurants, Tierra del Sol golf course and the luxury hotels.
Our Villa and swimming pool has been COMPLETELY renovated and equipped with a modern kitchen in villa and apartment, new bathrooms, beds, mattresses, furniture, crockery & pans, textiles & towels, etc.
The Villa is luxuriously furnished, with all privacy (no privacy) and is equipped with all conveniences such as a Jura fully automatic coffee bean machine.
All bedrooms and living room have their own recent inverter air conditioning (economical & quiet).
The kitchen is equipped with new Bosch appliances. Of course a large American refrigerator with ice maker, and charcoal BBQ in the garden.
You can park your rental car(s) on the private grounds of Villa Florida.
All the comfort
The Aruba Villa Florida is comfortably furnished for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One with bath and toilet off the master bedroom. The other bathroom has a spacious rain shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.
In the detached, garden apartment with kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room and separate bedroom - located in the large garden of the villa - there is room for another 2 people. This apartment gives you all the privacy and is hardly visible from the Villa.
So you have plenty of space and comfort with a total of 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and 4 bedrooms with separate mattresses (90x200) and beds for 8 adults and also a cot (up to 2 years).
The spacious garden, almost 2000 m2 is the largest in the entire residential area. A nature reserve starts behind the garden, so no back neighbors. You will rarely find this much space and privacy in Aruba.
You have a view all around and complete privacy (no one can see you in the garden or the pool). After all, you don't want to feel 'locked in' during your holiday. Of course, the garden of the villa is safely walled for maximum safety and it has an extra large swimming pool (length over 14x5 meters!) with 6 lovely sunbeds.
Yet you are close to the nightlife, restaurants, bars and beaches without hearing a thing.
At the edge of the swimming pool of the holiday villa, two characteristic Aruban palapas provide the shade. The garden of the villa is decorated with various (palm) trees, banana plants and exotic shrubs with colorful flowers, which attract various birds, such as hummingbirds, sugar quits, and butterflies.
On the large flat-screen LED TVs in the living room and master bedroom of the villa you can watch 7 Dutch channels. In addition, there are more than 100 international channels. The apartment also has 2 TVs (living room and bedroom) and free Wifi is available everywhere.
Relax and enjoy
Sit back on the comfortable sunbeds at the edge of the spacious, crystal-clear swimming pool in the backyard of the villa. Enjoy the tropical sun and the pleasant breeze, or cool off in the shade under the palappa. Eat outside with your family under the beautiful porch. The choice is yours. Surprise friends with a dinner at home on a sultry summer evening? The large mobile barbecue in the garden of Villa Florida offers you every opportunity to do so. A cook can also be booked at home.

A good night's sleep is so important for a successful holiday. Aruba Villa Florida is equipped with new mattresses and beds. The quality mattresses ensure that you can sleep well and wake up rested every morning. This way you can fully enjoy everything our villa and Aruba have to offer.
PRICES, SERVICE & AVAILABILITY
Holiday villa Florida is suitable for a maximum of 6 people + baby (villa incl. garden apartment 8 people + baby total). If you only rent the Villa, we will NOT rent the apartment in the same period!
The minimum rental period is 7 days.
Included in the service costs are; your personal welcome and explanation in the Villa, there is a nice starter pack of groceries in the refrigerator upon arrival at the Villa. In addition, there is the personal guidance in Aruba during your vacation by our excellent local manager. She can also give you the latest information about the latest Aruban "hotspots", attractions, sights and nice local restaurants.

PS: we do not rent to young people, and the villa is not suitable for parties etc. The residential area is quiet. We also do not rent to families who rent several houses in the area or to groups.
It is forbidden to bring inflatable beds or other sleeping pills to allow extra people to sleep.
