We are Veronique and Vlad and live with our 2 kids, Nanne and Nick, in Schilde (Belgium). We have a clothing store "Carrouche Fashion" in Merksem.
We are the proud owners of 4 properties listed on MICAZU: Casa La Perla Moraira & Apartment La Perla Calpe and Villa La Perla Calpe which we have completely renovated.
Casa La Perla is located on the Cumbre del Sol in Moraira, there is a really wonderful vibe in the house and the view is completely unique and fantastic. A big plus in the winter months is that the swimming pool can optionally be heated to 28 degrees.
Apartment La Perla 1 and Apartment La Perla 2 are in a prime location in Calpe (near the old town, the shopping street and the beach) and the sea view here is just as great as in our house.
Villa La Perla Calpe with sea views is a large property with 6 bedrooms, fantastic sea views and large swimming pool. In the low season it is also possible to rent 1 of the 2 floors.
