This Apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the building "Calpemar" on the seafront on the Arenal-Bol beach in Calpe.
It is therefore very centrally located and close to everything: the beach, the shopping street, the fishing port.... everything is nearby.

We have furnished the apartment as completely as possible:

- 1 bedrooms with sea view + extra sofa bed in living room
- 1 bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine
- open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dolce gusto, kettle, toaster

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone).
Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation before the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

The cost of final cleaning, sheets, towels will of course be refunded.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
